These guys are AWESOME. We had a flood in our house and they handled everything from packing up our belongings, drying out our home and restoring our home like nothing ever happened. They were very professional and brought our home back to normal in the time that they promised. I highly recommend them for all your restoration needs.
We had a small flood downstairs a few weeks ago, and I began making calls to companies that specialize in water removal and restoration. Superior was the first one to reply, and they were so professional and attentive. They immediately put me at ease. Must say all of the Superior Restoration employees were wonderful to work with, but the Escondido subcontractors they had at the time did sloppy work, and prone were to cutting corners. Our project manager always called them back to re-do anything that wasn’t satisfactory, and seemed disappointed with what the workers did. I originally wrote a very negative review, detailing all the issues. Superior has since fixed all problems, and said that they will no longer work with the subcontractors they used for our home. Superior is based in the Lake Elsinore – Temecula – Murrieta area, where they’re well-established. Hopefully, they’ll find good contractors for other areas like in Escondido. They also knocked $1000 off our bill! They seem like a great company. And if you find yourself in need of these services, at least you know now that Superior will guarantee their work should anything go wrong. Though, I think I’ll stick to companies in my own town/area in the future.
I hired Superior to come dry out my house when I had a water leak. They also did the construction to fix the damages that occurred. They were very pleasant to deal with. They handled all the communication with my insurance to make sure that everything was covered that got damaged. I was at ease during the entire process knowing that they were on it. They gave me a deadline and exceeded that time frame having my house ready sooner than I had expected which was a big PLUS. They are professional, they return phone calls immediately, and they follow through as promised! It can’t get any better than Superior
Superior Restoration responded quickly to our water emergency with quality and competence to handle the situation. The staff was helpful and courteous with all my questions and concerns and they returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Hopefully I will never need these services again, but if I do, I will call Superior Restoration to get the job done! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of water damage services because of their professionalism and the care they give their clients

Very Responsive and quick to come in and solve the problem. They were there the next day and were professional and tidy. Gave a good estimate with a fair price and delivered on what they said they would be able to do. You don’t get that often these days. Wouldn’t go with any other company very thankful for Superior Restoration and the work they do.
I had a water leak from the second to first floor. It was a mess! Even though it was evening time, they got back to me right away and had someone there within an hour. They packed up the rooms including providing boxes and offered to have my things put in storage while the work was being done. They were in constant communication so I always knew what was happening. They had a great relationship with the insurance company and best of all got the job done ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend them.

I hired Superior to dry out my home after a water leak and they also restored my house from the damage that occurred. To say they did an amazing job is an understatement. Not only did they restore my house within the promised time frame, they also did all the work of dealing with my insurance. The construction manager assigned to me was extremely professional, always answered the phone and returned phone calls. The crew that put my items back in my home was amazing as well. They took pictures of where things went to make sure that everything was put back exactly as I had it. It was as if I never left! I highly recommend Superior!!
